HONE Heat, Power & Drive (with Pool) System.

This installation is fast be coming our default residential installation with heating, hot water, building electricity and electric vehicle charging all coming from on-site HONE systems with all the energy being made completely free and clean. In this location in northern Italy, some backup is needed in the depths of winter and this is provided by a wood burning stove. HONE is the primary energy system of all the buildings energy footprint. This HONE system specification collapses the cost of running a home and secures it for the future with nZEB and electric cars becoming the norm.

What HONE system has been installed here?

The system installed is a standard HONE Heat, Power & Drive System with extra consideration  for pool heating. A wood burning stove provides any winter backup.

What was the motivation for the homeowner?

The homeowner wanted to create a new build designed for the future. The HONE system installed will deliver a home and transport capabilities designed to meet nZEB and EU 2050 targets.

The energy bills will be extremely low at only a few 100 euros for the year covering heat, power, pool and electric charging, the vast majority which will be powered by HONE for free.

Where there any challenges with this installation?

This house was a new build, a very simple straight forward project. This project used underfloor heating throughout the building. The HONE system integrated easily.

What are the savings expected?

This system is designed to do most of the annual heating, power & transport over the year.
